Orders shipping will be processed directly from our distribution center in Hong Kong.
The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address in the checkout page. All shipping fees are not returnable under any circumstance.
Wexley only charges the merchandise and shipping charges. We are not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country. Exact import taxes, customs charges, duties, VAT, etc vary, depending on your destination country and they will be collected by the international carrier upon delivery.

Our checkout is SSL enabled and secured with an encrypted connection. SSL encryption is absolutely vital and can be seen in a browser window by the “s” in https and a padlock icon in the address bar. This ensures you are visiting a secure page from a trusted source.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
You may return any item within 15 days of receipt as long as it is original conditions. Damaged, dirty or used merchandise cannot be refunded and may be returned to you, at your option and expense. Only items purchased directly from Wexley’s online store will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns. Items that are on sale or purchased through a discount code may not be eligible for a refund. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling. Returns made without receipt may be refused. Wexley reserves the right to deny any return. We do not charge restocking fees; however, we do not refund any shipping costs. To start, please contact us for an RMA number by emailing us at support@wexley.com. We will not be able to process your refund if you skip this step. Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back. Your order will need to arrive back within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 10 days of our receiving your return. Credit will be issued based on your original method of payment. To return a defective item, please check our warranty policy. Please note: Since we cannot be liable for lost packages, we recommend returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowing you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver. Costs and risks of returned or exchanged articles are with the customer.
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning the original item. This ensures that we have the item in stock and that it will ship immediately. You can then return your original item for a full refund in the manner describe above.
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, etc…) For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees. Items that are on sale or purchased through a discount code may not be eligible for a refund.
Items already shipped are not reversible and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer. WARRANTY
WEXLEY offers a two-year (2) warranty on all our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty period”). If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Wexley product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our option: (i) repair the Wexley product using new or refurbished parts; (ii) replace the Wexley product with a new or refurbished Wexley product; or (iii) refund the purchase price of the defective Wexley product. For the purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. We will repair, replace or refund any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty policy does not apply to damage caused by accidents or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear or failure to follow the product instructions (e.g. dropping the product etc.). In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device (including but not limited to any mobile phone devices) or personal property inside or outside of the Wexley product. This policy is also limited to the reparation, refund or replacement of the defective product. The 2year warranty applies to products that have been purchased from WEXLEY’s official website and any authorized retailers. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product. When you file a warranty claim directly through WEXLEY website, please submit high quality photos and a clear description of the defect.
