Very happy with my purchase. Exactly the size I was looking for for a daily commute on the train. Fits almost like a very slim backpack when worn vertically on the back but very easy to sling around to the front for access/busy public transit.

Back panel is very comfortable. Like the fact that when not fully packed out, you can compress it with the straps.
Wish the front pocket had 2 zippers, and the
divider inside the front pocket had more structure.
